More Millennials are Becoming Caregivers
Caregivers for older adults are getting younger.
More older adults living alone and an aging baby boomer population have shifted the median age of “caregivers” down from 53 to 47, and even younger to include Millennials, which is putting them under considerable stress as they seek to balance their loved ones’ needs with their own work, finances, and the need to care for their children.
