In a recent Washington Post piece, "Who Cares for Volunteer Caregivers When They Get Sick," Dr. Ishani Ganguli of Brigham Young Medical Center and Harvard University explores the challenges facing volunteer caregivers across the country and how caring for loved ones often comes at the expense of the caregiver's own health.
