John built a business with his dad, handling multiple jobs, and leaving his father proud but not surprised.

He knew that John, who has Down syndrome, wouldn't have to live within the limits of others' expectations. Their company, John's Crazy Socks, has created $2.5 million in revenue so far, as well as jobs for 35 workers, 16 of whom also have disabilities.
