Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) applies to business websites and apps

In a potentially far-reaching move, the Supreme Court justices turned down an appeal from Domino's Pizza and let stand a lower court ruling that the ADA protects access not just to restaurants and stores, but also to the websites and apps of those businesses. Recognizing that much of life today is lived online, the Court's action is significant, suggesting that inaccessible websites are a form of discrimination that runs counter to the spirit and letter of the ADA.
